Good stuff Eric. The chart that interested me the most was the one that showed how social media generated qualified leads. However, they stated that "after only a few months and with as few as 6 hours per week, half of marketers have generated qualified leads...". Any dealers want to share how this is being accomplished? This brings up the oft debated topic of outsourcing social media.

@Bart - I can believe that stat, for the majority of the audience polled for this white paper. I've heard & seen the proof from Internet marketers, in different segments, how effective SM is for them. Obviously, for our industry, it's a totally different beast.
