Great video that is certainly spot on. I had a great conversation this morning with Joe and I explained how this certainly hit home for me and I am sure many others across the country. It amazes me how much effort dealers put forth to gain conversions and then at that one moment in time they flush it all down the toilet and revert back to the "lazy frame of mind" and believe me, the customer knows. Well done video.
