Cons: We had terrible problems with this product at two of our dealerships. I couldn't even get answers to my issues until physically meeting with them at the NADA Convention where everything was addressed and our contract was terminated.
Pros: Providing consumer language that drives action on your 3rd party sites. Easy to use, point & click interface, simple personalization and great results.
Cons: Slow to market on other great technologies.
Pros: they are constantly adding to the technology to keep it up to date. Our rep is fantastic

Cons: we noticed a programming problems the first day of use. The rep keep pleading for a little more time to get the problem corrected, we said ok multiple times and were notified shortly after the third or fourth request, that we were now "past" our cancellation period. A few weeks later we received an email from one of the managers (in the mid west) that there was no need to correct the issue! his logic was - since he had been selling cars back east for 20 years and never needed that type of change...That was the day we switched to another vender...
Pros: Technology is great. Constant upgrades with market changes. Easy to use and pricing is fair
Cons: Phone app is terrible. The only time you talk to your rep is if they want to sell you something, and they use tricky ways to get you into contracts

Pros: lots of timely and accurate pricing info to help us make the right choices
Cons: somtimes mislead true values on and for trim packages in our market, but we see that they are trying to correct this, we are very happy with their customer service

Cons: I can't get anyone to use it because it's either too cumbersome or the ones that should use it don't have the time to use it well.
Pros: WE have not moved the needle like they said, but that could be our fault, and part of it read about in the con's below. We do really like the Max Ads, this is a great feature!
Cons: Training and Support, we have been live 6 months, never seen anyone in the store. Only had 3 hours of training at first. Promised more but not delivered so far?
