Pat Ryan Jr. has his finger on the pulse of the automotive world and will lead dealers, who choose his product, to success. I have used AAX-Dealertrack and vAuto. Firstlook under promises and over delivers, constantly. They are far superior to vAuto and AAX-Dealertrack. Firstlook will ensure your management is fully trained and executing their product, for your benefit, continually.

Pros: Gerry Wallace and his team are great! Very accomodating and willing and able to answer all your questions, if they don't know it, they'll find out and help you through your issues. Great people stand behind their product.

Cons: Myself being more website savy than others, I wish some of the applications were a bit smoother, intricate and accomodating. For entry level folks working on "back-end tools" for websites, this program will suit your needs.

Pros: Great support staff, easy to learn as well as online training. Perfer this over VAuto anyday

Pros: This is the best automotive tool I have ever used. I don't know how I managed without it. The information that is at your finger tips in seconds is phenomenal and makes inventory management and appraisals a super quick task. This solution has cleaned up my inventory and it helps to lessen the opportunity for HUGE mistakes when purchasing or appraising customer trades.
