Pros: The capabilities of the CRM are all inclusive. Jon Wittig has been a great trainer and super helpful!

Cons: It is very easy to end up with duplicate leads and also very difficult to work with customers who aren't duplicate but have common names. Sometimes the information from an exiting customer does not push over for the credit app if they have had a previous app filed. Older customers are much harder to find.
