With all of the attention these days on compliance , how are you getting your salespeople to adhere to the rules as far as leaving peoples info laying around etc?

If they leave info out they get written-up and lose the deal. That simple. Now, to help them all paperwork is to be locked in the Managers Office or F&I. The losing of the deal has had a good impact and we haven't had as many issues.

Pretty important Law to follow, personal private information is required to be protected by GLBA, right??
