Great question. It seems like a great time to schedule the first service visit.
@Bart, one of things we are trying to do is get the customer to download our mobile app (yes, we have one again!). The app can make it easy for the customer to book their service appointment, and keep them in touch with the right contacts all in one place. For those who do agree to the load the app, we have them book their first service appointment. For those who do not load it, we schedule it on the tablet the sales guys bring with them. The tablet has made things a heck of a lot easier!
@Derrick, how long have you had the new app? Is it helping you capture more appointments?
