How Often Will You Be Hiring Salespeople in 2010?

Do you find yourself hiring based on need in due to increase in sales,expansion etc or does it seem to kind of creep up on you and all of a sudden you find yourself short staffed? Do you recruit and hire quarterly ,twice a year,is there a plan in place? Do you try and recruit one at a time or a "class" to make initial training easier and more effective. Love to hear dealers and managers input on this subject and any other info you could add.
