If a customer finance vehicle a about 6yrs ago mature date is coming soon but would like to upgrade the client to a newer model. What should I say to convince the client the refinance?

I don't know if there is anything you can "say" to them, however, if you are a car dealer, I would send them an invitation for a free oil change. While this customer is waiting for the oil change to occur, let them know you are interested in purchasing their vehicle and this should stimulate him/her to look at newer vehicles on your lot. It certainly isn't a proven method, but, for the cost of an oil change... why not see if it works.
