Looking for some feedback on trade shows

We are in the process of redesigning our trade show booth for next year's NADA. Dealers... when you walk by a booth what grabs your attention? What makes you stop and ask questions? What annoys you or what have other booths done to have caused you to dismiss them? Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.

Let me know what it is you provide, not just your company name. I will stop at booths that provide services I have interest in, but don't want to have to wait in line or "get scanned" to get the info I seek. To put it simply, think of me like an I-net lead or web shopper, transparency will bring me in and your "close" ratio will be higher.
