Recruiting:, CareerBuilder or Linked In

Steve Devereaux, CareerBuilder and Linked In seem to be the biggest websites for job recruitment. Here is the pricing for each of them: $365 a month -CareerBuilder: $419 a month -Linked In: $199 a month Has anyone used them? We are looking for an F&I manager. I think these sites would work best for a professional position. Please share any thoughts you can.

I like linkedin for checking references but have had great success finding mid to upper level Management through Industry sites. Post a "Looking for an F&I Manager" discussion here and dealer elite, automotivedigitalmarketing(dot)com , dealerrefresh, to name a few all have job posting tabs . Just beware of the recruiters, you'll get more calls from them anymore than anyone. There are some good and bad out there so good luck! If I had any desire to "sit the box" again, I'd hit you up! ;) There are a lot worse places to live than your beautiful area.

Haha thanks. Good advice. I just posted one on and got a response. I haven't posted much on that site before. Thanks for the list of sites. Definitely a big help.
