Accessory Spiffs

Ron Henson
Does your dealership spiff sales consultants and service advisors on accessory sales?
Lauren Moses
No, I can't say that we do here. Would be a great way to boost accessory sales though.
Grant Gooley
No, but I worked for a previous dealership that did and it helped a lot!
mark rask
No but we should
Megan Barto
At my old store, Sales Consultants got 7% of the selling price of any accessories that were installed/on the car *at the time of delivery.*
Sean Ugrin
We are in the business of Spiffs and accessories are a hot topic. The OEMs want more accessory sales, the dealerships benefit from accessory sales. There is an opportunity to build a distinct department and revenue center around accessories. Spiffs are tactical and they add a push to your accessory program.
