What is a realistic goal for an advisor to achieve in menu presentations? 60% - 70% 0ver 80% How do you measure the presentation?

We just met with our advisors last week and told them that anything under 75% of customer pay, warranty and express service was unacceptable. The only area that they get a pass is internal.

We can pull their performance up on GM GlobalConnect. They heard us. We pulled week one and performance was on track. We are pulling weekly reports and posting in the service breakroom for all to see. Doing the same for techs and MPVI.

We conduct monthly deal audits for our dealers, to ensure proper menu usage & presentation. If your F&I agent isn't doing this for you, ask them to!
