Service call center

I'm looking to have an outside service BDC to handle incoming calls and set appointment's, follow up on declined service, sops, appointment's basically handle the phone part of the department. To let my advisors spend time taking care of the customers who are in front of them.

@Kent are you looking for someone within the dealership or have a virtual? Both have there pros. if you can find good people who can take the time with the customer you will set more appointments, most advisors mine included are wearing so many hats they are worried about the live body in front of them they don't have time for the phone. Phone skills are also the toughest to master.
