Signs of success

What do you find that your most successful employees are doing without being told within your dealership? http://www.businessinsider.com/things-talented-people-do-at-work-2014-8

Our newest salesman asked me to help him mock up some business cards that had a 25% off accessories with the purchase of a new car. I made them and printed out a sheet for him to take to our owner. He got it approved and has since been giving them to his ups and also putting them out on vehicles at the Haunted Spook trail that he volunteers at on weekends. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers and even other salesmen's customers. He is always asking if he can get them a drink (which he pays for out of the coke machine). Needless to say he has been here 35 of the 36 years we have been in business.

One of our salespeople worked with their son to create an online Social Presence. They made videos, created their own Facebook page, it was pretty great to see. All on their own.

Using Facebook to connect with friends and family to sell cars. To even think for a SECOND that a dealership would take this away from an Advisor, blows my mind!

I have one salesperson that is paying for craigslist ads himself

@Mark is that allowed? We have VERY strict rules in Canada that if it's a dealer vehicle it can't be posted by a sales person.
