@Victoria, time permitting, I would love to pick your brain on this - you have championed this into a relevant process. This is frankly something I have struggled with over the years. Hate excuses, but it has been everything from the app/platform not truly working, not having the data/wifi, not having the equipment to do so, etc. The biggest issue we faced was that there are very few CRM's that enable you to send a video *easily* from within their platform. The fewer "platforms" you use to store data/correspondence the better. Our CRM now has a video tool embedded, and I would like to try the VR with some of our inventory.
