I am from Simple Recon, and the most common issue we face is with the team's reluctance to change/adapt to how the work today.
Even with a fully functional 30 day trial, dealers are not able to get their account operational quickly because of the challenges they face from their team.
I would not single out Tech's but they are probably more vocal and want a simple way to update progress, which most providers today offer already.
