For those of you who have a service BDC, what CRM are you using, and what are the pros and cons?

Dealer Socket works pretty well for us. Pro is having the same CRM for sales and Service

I'd love to know the percentage of Socket customers that are using it for both sales and service.

Love to hear about the ways a CRM could improve on the service side - is there a need in the industry for a service specific CRM?
Tom LaGard
Chris, what are the cons then?
Chris K Leslie
I think the biggest Con of Dealer Socket as a whole is the learning curve for many folks that use it. The front end usability can be hard to learn as there are many gizmos and gadgets to click on. If you need a rich, data driven powerhouse of a CRM than Dealer Socket all the way. If you want a simple way to catch some info and schedule out some stuff. You might consider something lighter.
