Sales: How's your January shaping up? Most leads starting this weekend will be '11 purchases. How do you focus on January 1 (actually Jan 3 because incentives go past 12/31) when you want to close this year out with a bang? And management, how do you get out of the 30 day cycle rut? Don't plan a full January when you will expect 31 days of sales out of 27. Start using all of your tool effectively! What do you think?
