4 Square?

Bill Simmons
Not here Ron. We use a purchase proposal out of our CRM that breaks down each line item, sale price, taxes, tag fees, trade allowance etc and provides payment options. It is all printed out of the CRM, no green Sharpies allowed!

Bravo Mr Simmons. That doesn't surprise me one bit coming from you.

We still use the 4 square -- we've found that it "Sets The Goalposts." After the first pencil, we move onto other methods. & Bill -- it's Blue or Purple Sharpies!! :-)

I'm with Megan, the 4-square is perfect for getting things started and then we lean on other digital methods.

Thanks, Russ! & if the 1st-Pencil-4-Square is done *correctly* - it should only take 5 minutes (if that!) - unless of course you button up the deal on first pencil -- & whomever hates that?? :-)
Russ Chandler
Megan- True story! I think the first pencil is all about getting a commitment(signature/initials) and then then go from there. At least thats the way I was trained!
