CRM Tools :: Who do you use?

We have multiple locations, and multiple people working on certain deals. Who do you use to keep up with your deals? Pending, Sold, Open, etc... For example, if I am working with John Sanders and he needs financing, I need to add my F&I Manager to the deal. I am looking for a tool that would allow us to update the deal into categories like 'pending, approved, awaiting customer, etc' Is there one out there like this already or should I start developing?
