Dealership Culture: what's your best idea

Bart Wilson

What are you doing to improve your dealership culture?  Is there something unique that you do that drives employee retention and improves your overall culture?

Lance Knopp

We have an open communication with everyone about processes we are a smaller dealership so all of the sales people work really well together. They don't split deals if a customer comes in on one of the sales peoples days off another one does the deal for them and doesn't split it.  They all know what goes around comes around and all have each others back.  We have very little turn over at our dealership
