Here is the beauty of this forum, I love getting the different perspectives of people who are in different job roles. Truth is, I certainly agree that each KPI mentioned by Grant and Ricky are valid. There's the rub as a business owner, narrowing down to three. Anyone else out there have an opinion? Please share.
