I second that Victoria! We have always had the best success with referrals, or moving people up in the company, which really hones in on "career growth development," providing everyone a clear smart growth plan.
We are going to try job fairs
The only issue I have with referrals is volume. Are you going to be able to keep a staff sustained with only employee referrals?
