At DSES, there were lots of conversations around digital retailing and how our current internet sales process is killing the car sale... do any of you have digital retail departments? do you do your internet process differently? or will you now?

I think before opening a box of Lego Puzzle full of DR products , Upper Executives must understand that they have to treat their “Brick&Mortar” as Newborn Online store with extension of RoofTop... They need to Get epic books  on Amazon, Google, Alibaba, Netflix v Blockbuster, read the History of WhatsApp, etc..

When car people go to training , first phrase is : Let’s get back to basics... And “basics”  means be open to Learn...and then pick your way..

Good call Mark.  A lot of the discussions Victoria mentioned were around just that.  Digital Retailing more than just a tool.  It's a shift on the way customers are handled, which involves process and possibly structure adjustments.
