General Manager Follow-up Thank You Letter

Tyler- I've recently been working in this area for my dealership as well. I send a letter with the title work that refers to a webpage for leaving reviews and thanking them for their business(http://www.bartscarstore.com/web/testimonials/). I also send out an email to everyone that links back to the same page. We use to send post cards that was basically a comment card but we thought it was necessary to get the customer feedback online since it was mostly positive. As a GM I used to send a free oil change coupon with a thank you note. The coupon said to mention "GM Complimentary Oil Change" when scheduling so we could source properly. The reviews took care of themselves!
