Great Sales Meetings

I would like to get some discussion going on the best sales meeting ideas the community has. It is always a challenge to give the sales floor a good reason to spend valuable time in a meeting. What have you got?

Family Feud makes for a GREAT sales meeting! Determine the questions and the "most probable" answers ahead of time. (I usually say "we surveyed the top managers in the inustry and these, in order, were the most probably responses... to stay "true" to the show. usually you have time for 3-4 rounds like the show, pick topics relevant to your team. Some questions may be: "What are the top 4 features of car X?" "Name the 5 oldest aged used cars in inventory." "What are the advantages to leasing?" Split the floor into two teams, start with a "face off" and have some fun. Gets everyone excited and learning. A good meeting.

We used to have the new guys secret shop dealerships in the area and report back during sales meeting. They had some pretty good stories to tell. On guy had the car impounded on a test drive (their salesperson was driving). Why not take this a step further and have the salespeople spend a week shopping for a big-ticket item online (boat, motorcycle, anything but a car) and report about their experience? It might open some eyes.
