How often do you train how to close car sales?

I know that these message boards are filled with great information about ROI and online conversion and fixed ops but all this is supported through the efforts of the sales department. Which leads me to ask, how is your dealership training sales people to be effective closers once you got people inside your doors?

When you say "inside your doors", I am assuming they've taken a demonstration ride and 'inside' means you are speaking on presenting figures. I train on how to present the figures in a professional manner and then teach/coach how to overcome buying objections.
