We have sales meetings every morning, and we conduct training two times a week. We are also using the Kintz method and have several yearly personalized trainings with the man himself, Tim Kintz. We are also required to do three training modules on the kintznow.com website every week.
We do quarterly training sessions for each department, and then we of course have the OEM training.
Sales training, although vital, is quite useless without training the managers. Any training is better than no training, I think we all would agree, but anti-training actually sets you back. Managers that do not change their behavior but expect salespeople to change theirs are guilty of anti-training and really are the problem not the cure.
