"I Don't Need to Drive the Car."

Ron Henson
How does your dealership handle this question?
Michael Crain
Mr Customer, lets take a quick ride around the block and make sure all the features are working and this is the unit you want to purchase. We want to be sure you are 100% satisfied with the vehicle. lets go for a quick ride

This is a crazy new aspect of buying a car! I think because of sites like Beepi and Carvana--in addition to the rigorous inspections that cars go through-- people have a higer confidence in the vehicle without ever getting behind the wheel. There is not the big concern of buying a "lemon." Not me. I need to drive it. Do you hear this much?
Craig Waikem
Mr. Customer, those are a nice pair of shoes! I bet you tried those on before you bought them. Probably should do the same on a purchase this size!
James Altemus
I assume that means that the customer has driven the car elsewhere. Regardless, if the customer doesn't want to drive the car, but is willing to do a deal, I'd note it in the CRM and do the deal.
Ron Henson
Finally! Thank you James.
