New Hire Procedures

I once worked at a place that had a great hiring process. I interviewed with five people. The person in charge had a specific set of questions that were asked every time to make sure nothing was missed. The questions were designed to extract specific information. Once I was hired this detailed approach stopped. Here is my question: What do you have in place to ensure that your new-hires are properly integrated into your culture and positioned for success?
