The one trait I would choose is "consistency." Where they could be great for two-three weeks (have an awesome month), and then stop following up with their customers or working as hard to book an appointment. As the mantra goes, quality vs. quantity.
How about "active listening"? I've seen too many salespeople that like to hear the sound of their own voice.
Self-awareness. Having a clear understanding of what their strengths are so they can leverage them for their best chance at success.
These are all good
Eager learner. One that not only sells but understands that the industry is forever evolving and they take pride in keeping up with trends, tech and communication skills.
