Questions to Ask Reynolds and Reynolds about Contact Manager

So I will get my first taste of Contact Manager next Wednesday. All I've known is AVV's WebControl, but from what I hear I shouldn't get too excited. I really want a leg up and to take advantages of the trainers while they are in house so I would really appreciate some insights or issues with Contact Manager that I can raise during training.

How to setup an Email Bulk Campaign that will sort the listing Alphabetically, like doing A-E, F-M, N-S, T-Z. The newest version of Reynolds and Reynolds Contact Management limited the outgoing Emails per branch per day to 2000. We are a small business, but still our Email listings per branch are very close to 2000 at the two smaller branches and almost 4000 at the two larger branches. This limitation has caused more Email pain in separating the client list for effective Email delivery. This also means that an Email which should be sent out on one day has to be delivered one day, and then the other half delivered the next day. NOT A GOOD OPTION FOR US!!! CM's way of sorting the Campaigns for delivery are archaic. Anyone used to an SQL or MBASIC database pull HATES their limited way of building an "IF-Then" statement (which they DON'T use).
