The help wanted ads seem to be a good place to start.
Great question @ Travis... I found that I would get the best candidates (not the most candidates) from an employee referral program. We would incentivize our employees to help us find talent and really made it worth their while. These hires typically stayed longer than hires from other sources since they were hired with a solid referral and were well vetted.
We use zip recruiter which has been very successful for us.
We are trying hireology and it seems ok
We always try and recruit through our people... they produce the BEST new hires by a mile in comparision to recruiting websites
