Do you hold Save-A-Deal meetings on Monday morning? More often? What are some action plans that come from those meetings?

We don't do this at my dealership. We don't even have meetings at all. If I tell my manager that I tried to call the customer, but no response, there is not much they can say besides, "get another customer."

Our S.A.D. calls go to the BDC Deptarment and are assigned daily by our CRM.
