Yes - after the test-drive. Every single time. Even if service is closed. Introduce the customers to every employee that you can. Service writers, techs, receptionist, whomever you see. Introduce them. "This is where you'll be getting your oil changes done on your new Accord." "This is Joe, he's the one that's going to be doing the oil changes on your new Accord." Etc etc.
