With SARS reports coming out that 2016 is going to be another gain over 2015 and then start to see the downturn in 2017 are we adding every cool shinny object and getting sloppy or are people really getting the store in shape so we can play offense instead of spending all of our time reacting and trying to figure out how to cut in knee jerk reactions? For myself 2016 is going to be a true expense review, every line, every expense and determine if it is a need or a want and make the changes. CSI and retention for me go hand in hand, working on ensuring our customer's are more than satisfied with there visits so when the focus shifts from sales to fixed we have the customer's coming in and continue to cover 100% of expenses so sales can be creative and keep moving the new vehicles.
