Good question! I think it's hard to say that one is more important than another in the grand scheme, however I think based on the overall analytics of your store you can find where your areas of improvement are needed most. Each store is going to have different needs based on staff, experience, and performance.

The question I am always asked by dealers is how can I as a vendor help train on building rapport with customers online. People sell cars, always have and always will, so my vote would be all about the Process (road to the sale) in fact it is almost a lost art now that customers start online and don't walk on the lot on a given Saturday. We have to be able to take what we have always done in this business and transition that online, but it is still all about building rapport, selling yourself, and truly caring about the specific needs of our customers
