What percentage of a Dealerships Business should come from the Internet Department

Steve Simon
Do you have any figures on what percentage of the Dealerships business should come from the internet
Shannon Hammons
I think if you really research your numbers you will find that actually over 85% will be "internet" customers.
Ali Salman
Research data and actual numbers reflect that it is over 80%. We have a dealership client with bigger internet sales department than sales people on the floor.

Chad, Where did you get your numbers? What process did you use to retrieve them? Very interesting figures. Seems low on your internet numbers.
Chris K Leslie
Steve, your question is good but very broad and as you can tell from the comments above highly debatable. Is there a deeper more specific issue thing you are trying to answer or problem to solve?
