Who sets the pace at your dealership, the top salesperson, or management?

@Amanda, I think it is a mixture of both parties. The pace starts with the management having realistic expectations regarding sales goals. To then being able to translate those goals providing their sales consultants with the right resources. As for the sales consultants, they can assist in setting the pace within the sales consultants. Knowing that some of the bottom performers will want to achieve the same results. Thus pushing the needle.

I dont know Mark, most managers these days are only managing numbers and not people. Tough to say.
