In my experience customers are becoming more reluctant to give their personal information out due to spamming of inboxes and a flood or promotional mail items. It is easier for a customer, in their mind, to call a dealer than it is to give a bunch of personal info!
Curious to see if any of you have looked at adjusting your search terms to better fit voice-search? There was a great blog on here about the difference in how shoppers search via typing vs voice-searching. With the rise of voice-searches, this may be one reason leads are falling off.
That is exactly what is going on Derrick. I have been trying to pinpoint what the deal is. January and February were terrible months in leads and sales for us. March was decent. Hoping for a better next few months.
Over the last few years, I have seen a decline in the overall amount of form fills, and an increase in phone calls. Has anyone else seen this trend?
