Chris, I think that you hit the nail on the head. If our team isn't producing whose to blame? I think that we as management are. It's our job to help them and train them so they can succeed. If then they can't it's time to move on.

Lack of Positive Attitude. A positive Dealership culture should be established. Without the right attitude most of what Chris and Shannon mentioned wont stick. Focus on the list Chris as mentioned but at the same time the attitude must coincide with your goals. A sales floor is sometimes a den of negativity. That needs to be apart of the changes needed for success. Attitude is often overlooked as a common problem.
