Traditional phone training does not work. People sitting in a classroom is useless if that's all there is to the training. What works is when you give salespeople feedback on real sales calls. No problem. That is why I posted the question. I am amazed that not enough dealers place an emphasis on phone training or even call monitoring. I think that giving feedback on sales call needs to depend on more then just a generic script though. When training phone skills it is important to understand what kind of advertising the dealership is doing and cater the phone process to that ad. A generic phone script will not always make sense and can lower the chances of bringing that customer in.
