I've worked with a variety of brands in my auto career, and I'm wondering which brand you think has the most difficult compliance rules, and why?

GM is a pain. I cant begin to get into all the rules they have. They make things difficult and expensive to run.

One of the *hardest* OEM's I have dealt with regarding compliance is Mercedes-Benz. Everything from not being able to discount the vehicle online to the limited funding allowed to market new vehicles within your district. While I have the utmost respect for the prestige of the brand (as a Mercedes guy) the compliance rules are very limiting when it comes to creative content.
