How often do you email/follow up with your e-leads? what kind of content are you sending?

@Bart, agreed - "completing" a work-flow for the sake of it will not by any means increase sales. I forget the trainer's name, but we started to put leads into buckets, and placed more emphasis on following-up with Dealer Website Leads (including in-bound phone calls), and worked our way backward. After two or three weeks for pre-owned leads, we found that our chances to sell them a vehicle was much less likely.
