It would be based on Treating the Internet Lead as if they were standing in your showroom right now. Putting the sense of urgency in the leads and to get folks to stop acting like it is just a Internet Lead.

I would do a session on distinguishing yourself from the rest of the competition by investing in, showcasing, and marketing your truest assets, your people. It would cover things like: Giving your people effective tools to market themselves and boost their own prospecting efforts. How investing in your team can help employee retention and increase profits. How you can truly dramatically increase shown appointments, be backs, referrals, and CSI scores by using the right tools and existing technology. How showcasing your team, and the value and the experience they will give the customer will set you apart from your competition and help make your SEO and advertising efforts to drive traffic to your site much more effective.
