@amanda I work in digital retailing. That data is averaged across dealerships on our platform. People are configuring deals off hours 20-30% of the time. This is online activity, not phone calls. These may not be today’s appointments but they are likely a future appointment for sure. In addition to having people respond off hours, it also is helpful to have enough data on your website that a customer can configure their own deal and get a good sense for what they will pay, so that they are ready to come in when you open.
