Have a clear plan of action when it comes to managing the leads. Also, make sure that you are on the same page as to which vehicles you want and or will not take. This can save you a lot of time if your manager does not want specific vehicles. We always purchased the vehicle with 150k+ miles because we still made money in wholesaling the unit. The other thing you will want to do (and KBB has the email templates) is load them in your CRM creating a work-flow. Makes your life that much easier as we got 350+ leads a month.
