Hey guys! I’ve been testing out a few livechat solution in the past months and i was able to reduce them to the following 4. I like all of them, and all of them have some advantages, but are in general quite good solutions. = fairly common, easy, offer a free version. = bit expensive, with nice ticket system. Good for service! = Sweet features! (co-browsing, widgets, tracking, teamchat, ...) = Good chat on mobile devices! If you are looking for a livechat, I'd recommend one of those!
