We are about to move in to a new building which will have a new bdc office as well.....What are the best metrics for me to show all day on monitors in the room?

Hey Mark, sounds like a great setup. I have found that one of the best motivators is what they get paid on (show/sold, etc) I would definitely keep the showroom logs up and running. Just a small piece of the pie, but one that they are going to be interested in and be competitive about in my opinion.

I think you need 3 types of metrics:

Active metrics like number of unanswered web leads, number of people in phone queue, number of active chats, etc...

And then you need passive daily metrics like number of follow up calls completed, number of appointment booked for the day, etc...

Finally you need passive MTD metrics like number of Appointments booked vs shown with your ratio, Number of leads vs contact ratio and book ratio, etc...
